We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy before making a purchase.

Contact us

All sales of physical products on our webshop are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any physical items under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, ordering the wrong item/size/color or dissatisfaction with the product.

 

The only exception to this policy is if your order is not delivered at all. If you have not received your item within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. After confirming that the item was indeed not delivered, and there is no tracking information or evidence of delivery, we will issue a full refund.

 

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
